CNI Koshi Province Signs MoU with SEJON for Provincial Budget Watch Initiative

The Confederation of Nepalese Industries Koshi Province has signed an MoU with Society of Economic Journalists Nepal (SEJON) to jointly conduct the Koshi Province Budget Watch program twice a year. The initiative follows the successful practice of the CNI central office, which has been conducting quarterly Budget Watch programs as a platform for public-private dialogue on budget implementation and economic policy.
The Budget Watch initiative aims to provide constructive support for the effective implementation of government budgets through informed discussions and engagement between the private sector, policymakers, and media stakeholders.
The MoU signing ceremony was held in Biratnagar and was signed by CNI Koshi Province President Hon’ble Pawan Sarada and SEJON President Bhagwat Bhattarai.
The programme was attended by CNI President Birendra Raj Pandey, CNI Vice President Bhim Ghimire, CNI Permanent Invitee Member Hon’ble Vidushi Rana, Senior Vice President of CNI Koshi Province Prakash Mundada, along with other distinguished representatives from the industry and other sectors.
